The Russian football player of the Moscow “Locomotive” Artem Dzyuba, at a meeting with fans as part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Moscow sport in Luzhniki, admitted that he wants to try himself in the profession of coaching. Transmits words DEA News.
“I was thinking, I want to try being a coach. Find out what it’s like to be on the other side. It’s interesting for me,” said Dziuba.
The 34-year-old striker joined Lokomotiv in February 2023. At the end of May, he signed a new contract with the railway with the possibility of an extension for another year until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Last season, Dzyuba made 13 appearances in all competitions for Lokomotiv, scoring eight goals and providing five assists in those matches.
At the end of the 2022/23 season, Lokomotiv ranked eighth in the league rankings.
