Tesla CEO and Twitter owner Elon Musk held a practice match in preparation for the fight against Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg (known as an extremist and banned in Russia). Lex Friedman, Musk’s training partner, who has a black belt in jiu-jitsu, announced this on his Twitter account.
“We had a spontaneous workout – we worked with Elon Musk for a couple of hours,” Friedman wrote. – I am incredibly impressed with his strength and ability to fight both on his feet and on the ground. It was epic. It’s so inspiring that Elon and Mark Zuckerberg are dealing with mixed martial arts. Still, I think it would be better if they just trained and didn’t go out to fight in the octagon.
Musk challenged Zuckerberg when it was learned that the Meta company was starting to create its own Twitter analogue.
“I’m in favor of a “cage” duel if Zuckerberg agrees,” the Space X founder commented on a post about the new Meta development.
Zuckerberg agreed and asked for the time and place of the fight. In response, Musk offered to meet at the Octagon, at the arena in Las Vegas, where the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) tournaments are held. The date of the fight has not yet been determined.
UFC President Dana White knowledgeablethat he negotiated with both parties, and that Musk and Zuckerberg were “serious” for a duel.
