Striker “Spartak” may go to “Genk” 16:42

Journalist Sasha Tavolieri in social networks reported that Moscow “Spartak” Shamar Nicholson is interested in the Belgian “Genk”.

It was noted that “Genk” wanted to strengthen the offensive line and Nicholson fully matched the qualifications needed by the Belgian team.

Nicholson has scored 4 goals in 27 games this season. In 2022, he transferred from Belgian Charleroi to Spartak.

Guillermo Abascal’s wards for the round before the end of the season take third place in the ranking of the Russian championship. Spartak scored 54 points in 29 games with 15 wins, 9 draws and 5 losses.

The leader of the Russian Premier League (RPL) table, Zenit (67), who secured the championship in the 26th round, defeated Spartak with a score of 3: 2 at home.

Second place goes to CSKA (55).

Former Moscow “Spartak” midfielder Yuri Gavrilov shared his opinion about why the red and whites didn’t win a single trophy in the 2022/23 season.
