Australian boxer Tim Ju’s manager, George Rose, said his client, who was bitten by a dog, had surgery on his right arm.

The incident took place on May 27. On June 18, Tim Ju will fight Mexican Carlos Ocampo in Australia.

“When I first heard the news, I was shocked like everyone else. This is not the best case scenario where a boxer is hospitalized three weeks before a fight. But the good news is that Tim is doing well.

He is surrounded by the best and most experienced team in the boxing world. I was assured that he would be ready to fight Ocampo on June 18. If they are, I am sure,” the Guardian quoted Rose.

Tszyu has 22 wins (16 by knockout) and has no losses. Ocampo has 34 wins with two losses.

In March, Ju defeated American Tony Harrison and was awarded the interim world title by the World Boxing Organization (WBO).

Former British boxer Tyson Fury judicial Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk was a cowardly boy who escaped from 13 million liras.
