Bayern Munich’s owners may fire the club’s CEO Oliver Kahn for the lack of trophies in the 2022/23 season, journalist and insider Nicolo Schira reported on a social network.
According to him, the future of the former Bayern goalkeeper is yet to be determined. The owners blame him for the team’s bad season, which was eliminated from the Champions League in the quarterfinals against Manchester City 1-4 on aggregate. The manager change didn’t help Bayern either – Thomas Tuchel replaced Julian Nagelsmann throughout the season.
