In social networks, British boxer Tyson Fury talked about a possible fight for the title against the Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk.
On March 22, it became known that the fight between the boxers was unsuccessful. The fight was scheduled for April this year. Negotiations to continue the war have been going on since the fall of 2022. The parties could not resolve the financial problems.
“I can’t wait to knock out this little mouse. Bastard! Cowardly, ugly, big-eyed bum. Keep running from me, bunny. I’ve heard nothing from you or your team. I’m always ready to fight,” Fury wrote.
Oleksandr Usyk gave his last fight in Saudi Arabia on August 20 and defeated British Anthony Joshua. The Ukrainian has retained his world champion titles according to the International Boxing Federation (IBF), World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Organization (IBO) and World Boxing Association (WBA).
Fury is the reigning World Boxing Council (WBC) world champion.
