Journalist and famous CSKA supporter Andrey Malosolov has died. It has been reported Baza Telegram channel. He was 50 years old.

Since 1987, Malosolov has been an active fan of CSKA. Three years later he founded the Russian Fan Vestnik. Malosolov has worked at various times for publications such as Komsomolskaya Pravda, Rossiyskaya Gazeta and RIA Novosti. He covered not only the sports field, but also the conflicts in Chechnya and Yugoslavia.

For five years (from 2005 to 2010) he headed the press service of the Russian Football Union (RFU). Together with Alexander Shprygin, he founded the All-Russian Fans Association, the first all-Russian fan association.

Recently, Malosolov became a blogger and presenter on TVJam.

Recall that in the spring of 2022 the International Football Federation (FIFA) and the Association of European Football Associations (UEFA) decided to exclude the Russian national team and all Russian clubs from participation in all competitions controlled by these organizations.
