Handball The Minicopa de la Reina is a women’s handball tournament for grassroots teams, held parallel to the Copa de la Reina. The tournament started in 2017 with the aim of promoting grassroots women’s handball and giving young players the opportunity to compete in a professional and highly competitive environment.
Hope category teams participate in this tournament and compete in short matches consisting of 2 periods of 20 minutes each. The format of the tournament consists of a group stage and a final, and matches are played where the Copa de la Reina is held.
