Tatyana Navka, the 2006 Olympic champion in ice dancing, said that former Ukrainian figure skater Oksana Baiul needed help in another area, not just from International Olympic Committee (IOC) president Thomas Bach.
Baiul, the 1994 women’s singles champion, previously recorded a video message to IOC president Thomas Bach, asking him not to let the Russians, even in neutral.
