It wasn’t until the final stretch that a whiplash from Nacho from the front managed to take down a David Gil who looked impregnable.

Pleasantly, Asensio, in a counterattack, would put the final 0-2 to put the Whites ten points behind Barcelona and ensure they go through in the second half. Cadiz remain fifteenth with 31 points, four above the relegation zone.
