Kirill Yashenkov, Vice President of the Russian Rugby Federation (RFR), commented on the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) decision not to allow Russian athletes playing in team sports to participate in international competitions.

“Team sports representatives are expected to be angry and extremely disappointed at the decision of the IOC where teams from Russia are banned from entering the international arena without any reason or explanation.
