Honorary President of the Russian Football Union (RFU) Vyacheslav Koloskov shared his views on the possible appointment of Hungarian Ferencváros head coach Stanislav Cherchesov as Moscow Dynamo coach.
“I’m not sure Dynamo is analyzing the coaching market. I go to every game, I contact the team management and I’ve never heard that they are looking for someone and it will change.
As a hypothetical option, if Dynamo decides to change the coach, then Cherchesov is an excellent candidate, ”explains Koloskov. sports24.
Insider Nobel Arustamian had previously stated that Cherchesov could lead Dynamo. The current head coach of the blue and whites is Serbian Slavisa Jokanovic. Dynamo is in fifth place in the Russian Premier League (RPL).
Cherchesov headed Ferencvaros at the end of December 2021. Last season he led the team to victory in the country championship and the Cup. Expert has carried his team to the Europa League playoffs this season. Ferencvaros took first place in the group ahead of Monaco, Trabzonspor and Red Star.
