The international attacker for the Netherlands will not be against Betis when LaLiga resumes.
Memphis Depay, attacker of Atlético de Madrid, was injured during the international break in March and will not be with Diego Simeone’s team when LaLiga resumes.

“Memphis Depay suffers a muscle injury in his thigh, diagnosed after undergoing medical tests at the Clínica Universidad de Navarra,” reads the official medical report published by Atleti on Wednesday, March 29.
The medical section adds that “the Dutch attacker has started physiotherapy sessions, rehabilitation training and his evolution is pending.”
Memphis was injured during the match between the Netherlands and Gibraltar on Monday 27 March, with the former Barcelona player scoring the first goal of that match, but left with some physical discomfort.
The also former Manchester United player, who started out at Atlético de Madrid and who had earned Simeone’s trust, will not be with the mattress team next weekend, when the rojiblanco team receives Betis for another day of competition. His evolution will be awaited to find out whether or not he can play against Rayo Vallecano in Vallecas on April 9.
