With the descent of the Pumas and the Papayeros, plus the rise of the Saint from Arique, the ascent was formed that started on February 10th.

FORMAT
30 dates will be played between the 16 squads that will seek the two places in the 2024 First Division and play first and second legs against each other.
- The best placed in the regular phase goes directly to the honorary football.
- The vice-champion plays the promotion semi-final together with those classified from the first stage of the competition in which the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th participate.
- The table that ends in position 16 goes directly to the Second Division 2024.
