Brazilian Internacional will file a complaint against Zenit with the International Football Federation (FIFA) for Yuri Alberto’s transfer to Corinthians. It has been reported Globo Sports.
According to the source, Zenit should have paid 10 percent of Internacional to the club after the sale of Yuri Alberto, while the blue-white-blues did not pay this amount after the player’s sale to Corinthians.
It was noted that Internacional will go to FIFA even if Zenit proves that the deal with Corinthians is in the form of a player exchange.
At the beginning of 2023, Youri Alberto also became a full-fledged Corinthians player. Having been on loan for the last six months, Zenit will receive 50% of the amount on the next sale.
As a result of the bilateral trade with Corinthians, 19-year-old defender Robert Renan will join Zenit. He signed a five-season contract. In addition, 22-year-old midfielder Du Queiroz will reinforce the blue-whites. The agreement will enter into force in the summer. Another player, defender Robert Renan, was the last player to join the club.
Previously Robert Renan told the reasons for moving to Russia.
