Barcelona coach Xavi says he sees Real Madrid as the favorite of the match to be played in the Spanish Cup semi-finals. His words were reported by journalist Alfredo Pedulla on social networks.
“Real Madrid remains the favourite, because they are the reigning champions of Spain and Europe. Yes, we beat them in the Super Bowl but I have to be honest and say they are the favourites. But I also believe we have the weapons to put them in a difficult position,” he said.
The first match of the Spanish Cup semi-finals will be played on 2 March with Real Madrid and Barcelona. The match, which will be played at the Santiago Bernabeu, the capital of Spain, will start at 23:00 Moscow time.
