Serdar Azmun, the former striker of Zenit, who is now defending the colors of the German club Bayer, scored his first goal in the Bundesliga and made his first assist for the team.
The Iranian started the match against Greuther Furth from the very first minutes. Bayer scored in the 5th minute and Azmoun’s opponent Patrick Schick equalized in the 10th minute. Eight minutes later, the Iranian striker scored. In the second half, Azmun helped one of his partners, which led to the third goal against Greuther Fürth. The former Zenit striker was replaced at the 73rd minute of the match. This is the largest number of minutes an Iranian has ever spent in the Bundesliga. After leaving, Bayer scored another goal, making the score 4:1.
