Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Islam Makhachev risks falling into Australian prison for feeding pygmy kangaroos – quokkas. Reported by PerthNow.

A video of a Russian fighter feeding a quokka was posted on the official UFC YouTube channel.

According to the source, humans are prohibited from feeding quokka as human food can cause health problems. In addition, small marsupials should not be physically touched. Under Australian law, non-compliance is punishable by criminal prosecution and a fine of up to $7.5k.
