It turned out that an inaccuracy was made in the Wololo portal article. It said the leak could occur in “unopened consoles”. Many thought we were talking about those systems that are not taken out of the box and not included. However, in reality, this is a slang term for devices that was not understood by the owners or employees of the service.
In general, the problem is not so frequent that you need to seriously worry about it. Finally, consoles come with stands so you can place your PS5 horizontally and stop worrying about leakage.
