The Italian “Monza” was actively involved with the Russian striker Artem Dzyuba. It has been reported sports24.

According to a source, the owner of the club, Silvio Berlusconi, was interested in signing the striker. Monza debuted in Italy’s top flight in the 2022/23 season. After 15 league games, the team is in 14th place.

“The Russian forward and his representatives have made it clear that they only consider offers from the RPL as a continuation of their careers. At the moment, Italian clubs are not interested in Dziuba,” he said.

Recall that since November 3, the Russian forward has been without a team after his contract with Turkish Adana Demirspor was terminated. He spent only a few months with the team. Before that, he played for Zenit for seven years.

The 34-year-old striker played a total of four matches for Adana, not even playing a full match. He last appeared on the field on October 7. Adana became his first foreign club.

It is noteworthy that the striker made his debut for the club in the third round match against Fenerbahçe on his birthday and scored a goal.

Formerly Roman Shirokov Advised Dziuba to go to Sochi.
