Former football player of Moscow “Spartak” Alexander Mostovoy shared his feelings at the last World Cup, reports “Championship.com”.
Mostovoy admitted that he will miss World Cup matches.
“The World Cup is the greatest thing that can happen on planet Earth. We saw how all countries reacted to it,” Mostovoy added.
Argentina beat France in the World Cup final. The two main halves ended with a score of 2:2, the teams scored in extra time and the Argentines were more accurate in the penalty shootout – 4:2.
For the Argentina national team, this victory at the World Cup became the third in history. Prior to that, the Argentines lifted the trophy in 1978 and 1986.
