There have been rumors for months that Nintendo has a Switch Pro console in development. However, no statements have been received from the company and different sources have cited different dates. Some even claimed that the console will be released this year.
Now it is reported that the company will not announce any new hardware solutions until the end of the current fiscal year, which will end in March 2023. After all, Nintendo’s sales and profits fell compared to last year, due to a shortage of parts and other problems.
According to the source, the console may be presented next spring and released at the end of 2023. Switch Pro should get a more powerful chipset, a higher resolution screen and a bigger battery.
