Xiaomi held a presentation that showed many new products: smartphones, PCs, headphones, a wireless speaker and even a new version of MIUI firmware number 14.
Xiaomi 13/13 Pro
Two new flagships received Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen processors, LPDDR5x RAM and permanent UFS 4. The screens of both models support a frequency of 120 Hz. In the base model, the display is flat and has a diagonal of 6.36 inches, while the Proshka has a curved display with a diagonal of 6.73 inches. The brightness reaches 1900 nits, which is a lot. The base model has a resolution of Full HD+, the older model has 2K.
Xiaomi 13 received a new Leica camera with a 10 MP telephoto lens and an optical zoom of 3.2 times. The main sensor is a 54 MP Sony IMX800 with a powerful stabilization system. The third sensor is 12 MP. The front camera is 32MP. The 13 Pro has all three 50 MP image sensors, there is an image stabilization system. The front camera is 32 MP.
Xiaomi 13 battery capacity was 4500 mAh, wired charging power – 67 W, wireless – 50 W and reverse wireless – 10 W. In the latter case, you can charge a suitable device from a smartphone. The older model has a 4820 mAh battery. Wired charging power is 120W, wireless is 50W and reverse wireless is 10W.
Prices for Xiaomi 13:

Mini host
This is Xiaomi’s first desktop computer. It looks like a Mac mini or Intel Nuc and is not designed for gaming. This is a working system with compact dimensions and powerful hardware.
Inside is an Intel Core i5-1240P processor with Intel Iris Xe graphics, 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. In addition, you can buy a computer without RAM and permanent memory – it will be cheaper.
Of the ports, there are USB 3.2 and USB 2.0, two HDMI and Thunderbolt 4 each, a port for a 2.5G network cable and a 3.5mm audio jack. There are also Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 adapters.
Xiaomi hasn’t compromised on ports: there’s USB 3.2 and USB 2.0, a pair of HDMI, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a 2.5G network cable port and a 3.5mm audio jack. For wireless connection – Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3. The operating system is Windows 11 Home.
The price starts at $402 (just over 25,000 rubles) for the variant without RAM and SSD and about $532 (just over 33,200 rubles) for the full version. Sales will start before the end of December.
Speaker Xiaomi Sound Pro
This is a wireless speaker with a powerful sound. She immediately has 7 speakers, one of which is low-frequency. There is a backlight that depends on the music. At the same time, only the most basic SBC and AAC codecs are supported, so you should not expect super quality.
The issue price is $145 (just over 9,000 rubles).
Xiaomi 10 Gigabit router
This router is claimed to be great for online gaming. It offers a Wi-Fi network in three bands: 2.4, 5.2 and 5.8 GHz. The latter is called 5G Game. The speeds are 1376.4 Mbps, 5764.8 Mbps and 2882.4 Mbps, which ultimately add up to 10 Gbps.
Inside is a Qualcomm processor with 4 cores and a frequency of 2.2 GHz, there is active cooling. The router also has 2 GB of RAM. Other features include NFC, a USB 3.0 port, a 10Gb/s WAN/LAN port and another 10Gb/s optical SFP/Ethernet. The remaining four are 2.5 2.5 Gb/s. The price is $ 260 (more than 16,200 rubles).
Xiaomi watch S2
The Chinese giant also showed off the Xiaomi Watch S2 smart watches with sizes of 42mm and 46mm. The first model has a screen diagonal of 1.32 inches, the second – 1.43 inches. The resolution in both cases is 466 x 466 pixels, AMOLED matrix. Devices can withstand immersion in water up to 5 meters deep.
Among the sensors is a heart rate sensor and SpO2. In addition, the novelty can calculate the percentage of fat, muscle and other internal “components”. Finally, the watch can determine the temperature of the skin.
The younger model has a 305 mAh battery, which lasts 7 days. The older one has 500 mAh (12 days). Prices are about 144 and 158 dollars (about 9,000 rubles and almost 10,000 rubles).
Headphones Xiaomi Buds 4
Another new one for today. Xiaomi Buds 4 headphones are a solution similar to AirPods. They do not have silicone ear cushions, but they do have a noise reduction system, 360 degrees of spatial sound and a “transparency mode”. The latter means that the headphones do not disturb the hearing of ambient sounds.
Xiaomi Buds 4 also has 3 built-in microphones. Autonomy is 6 hours on a single charge and up to 30 hours with the charging case. The price of Xiaomi Buds 4 is $ 100 (just over 6,000 rubles).
MIUI 14
With the new system, anyone can enter the “era of super speed”. In other words, the system will run faster and smoother. It is noted that the smoothness of work has increased by 88%, and power consumption has decreased by 16%.
Among other things, we note new icons, widgets and a virtual pet that can be “established” on the screen. In addition, the system can remove pre-installed applications.
