The congress is aimed at professionals related to marine sports and tourism activity, students, municipal councils of coastal municipalities and riverine streams, companies associated with the sustainability of seas and oceans, non-governmental organizations working for the protection of marine ecosystems, club sports, tourism associations and marine sports schools.

Among the speakers are the representatives of UNESCO Tourism Planning and Sustainable Development Chair.
