“Piotr, thank you for your steadfastness and congratulations on the Order of the White Eagle you have received today!” – these words were addressed to Piotr Naimski by… Jerzy Buzek, MEP from PO. Why did the former Prime Minister break out of the pattern of his party members?
“
Buzek’s submission caused a sensation on the web. Pretty positive.
Decency in politics is a rare trait… Its manifestations are worth noting. Is it a coincidence that the Prime Minister does not mention the PO/KO in the description of the TT, of which he is a MEP
Great class. A man from not our time…
Make it normal. Much respect.
So beautiful! There are also politicians for whom the well-being of the country is more important than the political colors. Well done!
Completely normal, yet touching.
You can?
It is also possible to behave in class in this toy
Great class. Unheard of in Polish politics
In these very difficult times, Prof. @JerzyBuzek’s voice is all the more important. Huge respect. Prof. Buzek shows once again that the most important things – the state and our independence beyond the party colors
Class.
Prime Minister Buzek & Minister Naimskic
In politics we don’t often witness such gestures.
You can be against PiS and respond with style to #BalticPipe and the order for @PiotrNaimski? You can. I respect @JerzyBuzek.
Poland’s energy independence
The past 30 years have been a struggle for Poland’s energy independence. There will be no independence without energy security, said Piotr Naimski, who was awarded the Order of the White Eagle by President Andrzej Duda.
Naimski ruled that there has been “constant struggle” over the past 30 years to secure Poland’s energy. He emphasized that he believed, and “today everyone is basically lucky (they believe – PAP) that there will be no independence without energy security in the country”.
After 30 years – it took a long time – let’s drop this Russian noose. In four days in Szczecin some of us will meet and it will be the ceremonial launch of this gas pipeline to Norway (Baltic Pipe – PAP)
– added.
Thank you for recognizing what I’ve been doing for 50 years, thank you for recognizing what was 40 a few years ago, but thank you so much for what’s happened in the last seven years
Naimski noted.
It would not be possible – to achieve this success without the support of the President, (…) Prime Ministers Beata Szydło and Mateusz Morawiecki, without colleagues from the government, administration and companies directly involved in this project. It would not be possible without the support of the leadership of Law and Justice
– he named.
