Inconvenience! Trzaskowski presses the president with regard to the Asylum Act. “This is not time to learn. You have to sign it as quickly as possible”

The act on the right to asylum is necessary to protect the border and prevent destabilization – emphasizes the candidate KO for President Rafał Trzaskowski in SZCZECINEK. He pressed brutal president Andrzej Duda with regard to the signing of the Tusk Coalition Act as quickly as possible.

Trzaskowski, during a rally in Szczecinek (West Pomeranian Voivodeship), said he had a plan to strengthen Poland safety. It is based on three pillars: Strengthening the army and the border, strengthening the European Union and retaining the strongest alliance with the United States.

During the speech, he referred to the law with regard to the temporary suspension of the right to asylum.

She clearly says that if the border guard knows that someone escapes from the Lukashenko regime, for example, that his life is threatened, such a person else can be treated. In his opinion, the law is necessary to “clearly secure our border and prevent Putin from trying to destabilize us together with Lukashenko, bringing organized groups to the boundaries trying to get to Europe.”

The amendment to the Protection Act on Foreigners on the territory of the Republic of Poland assumes the possibility of a temporary, territorial limitation of the right to submit an application for international protection. It can be introduced by the regulation of the Council of Ministers at the request of the Minister of the Interior and the Government. It must take into account “the need to prevent and be aimed at the destabilization of the internal situation in the country” to limit the rights of foreigners as low as possible to request international protection.

According to the change, the restriction will be temporary and the restriction period cannot exceed more than 60 days at a time. This period can be extended for a certain period.
