KO candidate for the President of the Republic of Poland, Rafał Trzaskowski, posted a short spot on social media in which he pours milk into a cup of coffee, revealing the inscription previously placed on the cup with the date of the presidential election on 18 May. However, it turns out that the Warsaw president’s election video is a copy of the spot by former British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who used this trick much earlier. The case sparked many reactions on the internet.
Trzaskowski, apparently wanting to observe the Western, Anglo-Saxon ways of election campaigning, used Rishi Sunak’s spot. However, he did this so unceremoniously that it was not difficult for Internet users to detect this obvious plagiarism.
Let’s go! All of Poland forward!
