North Korea will always be on Russia’s side. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said this at a meeting with Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, according to the Korean Central Telegraph Agency (KCNA).
Kim Jong-un said, “Comrade Kim Jong-un conveyed his warm wishes to the respected President of the Russian Federation, Comrade Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, the Russian government, army and people, and reaffirmed once again that Pyongyang will always stand by Moscow ” he said.
The North Korean leader added that the Korean army, people and government will always stand by Russia in the fight against Western imperialism.
Before that, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un on November 29 i met With the president of Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov, who came to visit North Korea.
In June, President Vladimir Putin visited North Korea and signed the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement between Russia and North Korea. This agreement was approved by the State Duma on October 24 and includes 23 articles on expanding cooperation in trade, economy, investment, science and technology, including space exploration and peaceful nuclear energy.
