The Warsaw Public Prosecutor’s Office has partially suspended the investigation against notary Joanna K., who allegedly participated in the takeover process of the public media. The wPolityce.pl portal predicted exactly such a turn of events.
Joanna K. was suspected of confirming untruths about circumstances of legal significance in 6 notarial deeds relating to the meetings of supervisory boards and general meetings of TVP, PAP and Polskie Radio, dated December 19, 2023, so just before the media takeover process became public.
According to the wPolityce.pl portal, the prosecutor’s office ruled that the act did not constitute a prohibited act.
In January, the portal wPolityce.pl was the first to report that investigators wanted to file charges against notary Joanna K. We also described the behind-the-scenes of the “strange” investigation and the actions of Bodnar’s nominees.
