Western countries are in a proxy conflict with Russia and are fighting against Russia with the wrong hands. Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated this in an interview with the newspaper. Daily Telegraph.

“We are waging war by the hands of others, but we do not give those whose hands we are waging the war the opportunity to do their job. For years we have allowed them to fight with one hand tied behind their back and with the other hand, and that is cruel,” said the former head of the British Cabinet.

Johnson added that Britain bears a “moral responsibility” for the situation in Ukraine. According to him, this is due to his signing of the Budapest Memorandum guaranteeing the security of London.

November 23, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev statedThe West launched a full-fledged war against Russia after giving Kiev permission to use long-range missiles to attack Russian territory. He noted that Moscow will not remain unresponsive to the escalation of the conflict.

Previously Zakharova statedThe West is not committed to peace with Russia.
