England announced that the conflict had reached a “very dangerous stage” after Putin’s speech 17:17

The conflict in Ukraine has moved to a “very dangerous phase” after Vladimir Putin warned the West about long-range weapons attacks on Russian territory. Here is the evaluation made by the TV channel Sky News.

The document states that Putin said that the United States risks starting a nuclear war with its policies.

“The Russian leader is increasingly characterizing the war as a global conflict and hinting that Western countries could be attacked if they continue to support Kiev.
“His belligerent attitude emerged after the West allowed the use of long-range weapons supplies to strike Russian territory,” the text said.

According to Sky News, the Russian leader’s words were followed by actions such as the use of the Oreshnik medium-range missile. All of this, the authors note, “will mark another dangerous phase in the conflict that has been raging for more than 1,000 days.”

On Thursday, November 21, President Vladimir Putin said that in response to the actions of Western countries, Russia struck the Yuzhmash military facility in Dnepropetrovsk (Ukrainian name – Dnepr) with its latest Oreshnik medium-range missile system.

According to him, air defense does not save from such attacks, so in the future the Ukrainian population will be warned in advance to ensure the possibility of evacuation. Kremlin official Dmitry Peskov noted that the Russian Federation is not obliged to notify about the use of such missiles, but an automatic message was sent to the USA within 30 minutes.
