Rafał Trzaskowski is trying his best to do his best in the KO primaries ahead of the presidential race. There were great stories at the meeting in Olsztyn and in the Polsat News studio, as well as self-promotion with a survey in which he competed with Radosław Sikorski. However, it turned out to be quite comical. ‘How tall you are in this image. So big it almost doesn’t fit in!” – PiS MP Sebastian Kaleta joked.
“‘I grew up in a tough neighborhood’
During a meeting with supporters in Olsztyn, the candidate in the presidential primaries in KO assured that in his case “testing in the recent campaigns”, both in Warsaw and during the 2020 presidential campaign, will bear fruit.
Because you have to be well prepared not to let yourself be thrown off balance, to be able to keep your mouth shut when necessary, to be able to respond when necessary, but above all to go through this campaign in a dynamic way.
– he said.
I promise you that if you choose me, I will not give up and we will definitely win the presidential elections because this is the most important thing at stake.
– said the politician.
He also said he saw no reason for much emotion during the KO primaries.
Because we are friends, we have exactly the same values
– he said. As he added, real emotions will only come during the actual elections.
Trzaskowski also claimed he was a man… strong and tough. He argued that during the pandemic, “when many brave people stayed home,” he, like other local government officials, worked every day, resulting in a hospitalization. He also recalled his work at City Hall taking in refugees from Ukraine, citing “extremely brutal campaigns by the local government in Warsaw.”
It’s not about flexing your muscles, it’s about whether someone is ready, has experience or has tough skin. I grew up in a tough neighborhood and I know it’s not about evaporating every time
– he said. He added that sometimes you have to bite your tongue because it helps, especially in diplomacy.
It’s important to be tough, but you don’t have to show it every step of the way
– he noted.
Trzaskowski emphasized several times that it is difficult for him to… praise himself. Real?!
You know how awkward it is to talk about yourself, some people don’t have this problem, but in general it’s awkward for anyone who is completely rooted in Polish culture
– he said.
He admitted that he did not have time to visit smaller towns and villages during the previous campaign. He announced that he now plans to hold as many meetings with people as possible, including in villages.

Nervous reaction to Zgorzelski’s words
In turn, Trzaskowski replied in Polsat News, when asked about the KO primaries, that there is still some time until November 23 and whether he plans to accelerate his pre-campaign: “First of all, we don’t know yet when the decision will be taken. Maybe the decision will be made even faster, because I know the system is being worked on.”
The PO politician also referred to the words of Senate Deputy Chairman Michał Kamiński (PSL), according to which he is a “worse candidate” for the presidency, and Radosław Sikorski has never removed crosses from office.
Trzaskowski responded that “he had not removed any crosses from the office, but had made a decision not to hang crosses in newly opened spaces.” He also stated that he would “never attack the Third Way or PSL candidate”. He added that politicians from the October 15 Coalition must maintain “benevolent neutrality” among themselves.
Parodies were never allowed. It’s just a lie
– he denied the accusations.
I suggest that this matter be left to the KO members
– he said, adding that politicians linked to the ruling coalition should support each other and not attack each other.
When the host pointed out one of the arguments of the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, who stated that he had a greater chance of convincing the PSL electorate, Trzaskowski replied:
Feel free to view all tests. By the way, those carried out by your station. When it comes to the Conservative electorate, it’s either a tie, or when it comes to the undecided or Confederate electorate, I have a clear advantage
– he argued.
““Oh dear mother, how big you are”
Nice self-presentation? That’s not all! Trzaskowski, who had previously argued that he saw no reason for high emotions in the KO primaries, clearly decided… to take a closer look at his competitor.
Our candidate must have the strongest possible mandate
– wrote Trzaskowski on the X platform and presented a graph with the results of the survey, according to which 74 percent of respondents decided that he should be the KO candidate, while 19 percent chose Sikorski. respondents.
But what stands out most, besides the big red pillar? Well, the Rafał Trzaskowski pasted into the image is very… tall. The humorous comments say it all.
How tall you are in this image. So high that it almost doesn’t fit in!
– said PiS MP Sebastian Kaleta.
And be the tallest…
– Added Andrzej Śliwka, former deputy head of MAP.
From the series: oh dear mother, you are so tall….😜
— Senator Marek Pęk noticed it too.
Supreme
– wrote Edyta Kazikowska.
But you’re tall, Mr. President
— journalist Blanka Aleksowska also responded.
Good. Rafał Trzaskowski just likes to emphasize his height, doesn’t he?
