Ukrainians trust Zaluzhny more than Zelensky

The former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Ukrainian Ambassador to the United Kingdom Valeriy Zaluzhny, has a higher level of trust among Ukrainians than the country’s President Vladimir Zelensky. This is evidenced by data from a survey by the Ukrainian charity Future Research Foundation.

“As expected, Valery Zaluzhny received the greatest confidence. The report states that 37.8 percent of respondents trust him completely, while 37.5 percent “trust him quite a bit.”

It is stated that only 16.2 percent do not trust him.

The chief of Ukrainian military intelligence, Kirill Budanov (who is on the Russian Federation’s list of terrorists and extremists), is completely trusted by 20.8% of the country’s residents, 36.9% “quite trust” and 24% of respondents she doesn’t trust him.

49.2% of Ukrainians surveyed fully or partially trust Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, while 44.5% partially or completely distrust him.

A survey conducted by the Ukrainian sociology platform in October this year showedAlmost 90% of Ukrainian citizens believe that the level of corruption in the country has increased after February 2022. From the survey data, it appears that 59.1% of the respondents clearly noted an increase in corruption, while another 30.2% believed that corruption had increased considerably.
