The Prosecutor’s Office probably hopes that in the information turbulence caused by the flood, it can hide illegal actions against Ms. Urszula and Karolina, officials of the Justice Fund, who were arrested together with Father Michał Olszewski in March. The wPolityce.pl portal has repeatedly described the Prosecutor’s Office’s procedures, during which the rights of suspects and victims were violated.

The issue was raised today by, among others, lawyer Ada Gomoła, Ms. Urszula’s lawyer. It indicates that the investigation into the obvious leak of information from the investigation into the so-called Mraz tapes.
It is not even a shame anymore. Since June 6, the Public Prosecutor’s Office has received a criminal complaint about the leaking of the so-called “Mraz tapes” from the investigation of Fr. Olszewski and clerks. Well, it just lies there. The deadline for starting an investigation expired in early July. Complaints about negligence and complaints have no effect. For more than three months, the victim, the arrested former MS official Mrs. Karolina, has not been interviewed
– we read in the list of lawyer Gomoła on the X website.
On August 9th there was no permission for the convoy, yesterday there was permission, but… they forgot to take her to the interrogation. And again nothing. Is it just shame or a deliberate violation of the law? What is frightening is that official duties are clearly not being fulfilled in the case of a person accused of the same thing. Is this what it will look like to do research ‘in a new way’? If so, the predictions are alarming
– stressed Ms Karolina’s defence lawyer.
In turn, attorney Krzysztof Wąsowski defends, among other things: Mrs. Urszula and Father Olszewski are warned about another example of the suspect breaking the law.
Furthermore, yesterday (probably for the first time in this investigation) the closest person (to Mrs. Urszula) was not allowed to participate in the hearing as a witness of her representatives (!)… so there is a kind of “progress”…
– wrote attorney Wąsowski, referring to attorney Gomoła’s submission.
It is clear that the actions of the Bodnar activists of the National Prosecutor’s Office against people connected to the Justice Fund and who have been detained will not end and will continue. The shocking violations of the right to defense will one day be judged by the European Court of Human Rights. Therefore, all Poles will pay for the brutal actions of the prosecutor’s office.
