““Laughing lies are of no use,” wrote Zbigniew Ziobro on the X platform. The former Minister of Justice noted that rescue equipment purchased with money from the Justice Fund and given to firefighters “nowadays saves people’s lives and property.” Ziobro also pointed to the decisions of Adam Bodnar and Donald Tusk.
South-west Poland is struggling with floods. Services, including firefighters, rushed to rescue residents with full dedication. As Zbigniew Ziobro stressed, they are assisted in rescue operations by equipment purchased with the funds of the Justice Fund, which was so demonized by the current coalition government on December 13.
Laughing lies are of no use. Rescue equipment purchased with money from the Justice Fund was given to firefighters in the province. Lower Silesia (PLN 13.2 million) and Opole (PLN 5.6 million). This equipment saves people’s lives and property today
– stressed the former head of the Ministry of Justice.
@Adbodnar cut such aid from the Fund, and the @donaldtusk government marginalized support for volunteer firefighters altogether
– Ziobro added.
Who loses from this? The answer is obvious.
– ONLY WITH US. Were the fire trucks a gimmick in the election campaign? Szrot: ‘Go to the neighborhood now and tell the fire department’
— Kowalski: Tusk and Bodnar stopped all support for volunteer firefighters, lowering the level of safety for Poland. They should be fired
– Ziobro recalls: in the dramatic battle against the elements, firefighters are helped by modern equipment purchased by the Justice Fund
