In his opinion, such attempts will be in vain.

Lavrov said earlier that Moscow accepts the possibility of maintaining a wider range of dialogue, but it all depends on the attitude of the Ukrainian authorities.

About regime change in Kiev
In May, Lavrov said Russia was not a target for regime change in Ukraine, it was more “American expertise”.
