Prof. Sadurski, in a radical style full of absurdities to which he had accustomed the public, referred to the unexpected co-signing of Prime Minister Donald Tusk – which, as he himself explained, was the result of chaos in the Prime Minister’s Chancellery. “The good effect of this evil is that the Prime Minister and his entourage will now pay more attention to such rats sent to him from the presidential palace,” wrote Prof. Sadurski.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk apologized for co-signing the decree of the President of the Republic of Poland appointing Judge Krzysztof Wesołowski to the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court.

Prime Minister Donald Tusk co-signed President Andrzej Duda’s decision to appoint a “neo-judge” (as such judges are called, among others, by the judicial caste that has fought against judicial reform in recent years) as chairman of the assembly of judges of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court, which is to elect a new president of the Chamber. This caused anger and resentment among the “caste” and extreme supporters of the December 13 coalition.
On August 27, Monitor Polski published the Decree of the President of the Republic of Poland on the appointment of the Chairman of the Assembly of Judges of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court. President Duda appointed “a judge of the Supreme Court, Mr. Krzysztof Andrzej Wesołowski, as Chairman of the Assembly of Judges of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court, which selects candidates for the post of President of the Supreme Court and heads the work of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court.”
In addition to the signature of the President, there is also a co-signature of Prime Minister Donald Tusk. So what is the problem? The above-mentioned judge is considered by the judicial “caste” and its defenders as the so-called neo-judge of the Supreme Court.

Political mayhem
Prof. commented on the issue of the Prime Minister’s co-signature regarding the appointment of Judge Krzysztof Andrzej Wesołowski as chairman of the assembly of judges of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court in several articles on the X platform, which causes great controversy, but also a lot of sympathy. Wojciech Sadurski.
The lawyer complains about Prime Minister Tusk’s decision and suggests that PiS has not given up power. To this end, he listed what he considers the most scandalous examples of political reshuffles in recent months.
Neo-KRS recommends Dudzicz (since the hater scandal) to the Supreme Court, where Ms. Manowska is the king; the President appoints (with the co-signature of the Prime Minister) a neo-judge to chair the meeting of the chamber in the Supreme Court), which will guarantee the election of the neo-judge as president; the National Electoral Bureau “categorically” opposes sanctions against PiS in connection with the election campaign; Ms. Przyłębska’s tribunal prohibits the assessment of Glapiński’s liability; the case of Romanowski’s immunity, peppered with the ubiquitous presence of neo-judges… Did anyone say that PiS gave up power and the Democrats won?

Prof. Sadurski, with his typical ritual concern, also commented on the opinion of the chairwoman of the National Council of the Judiciary, Dagmara Pawełczyk-Woicka, who welcomed the information about Prime Minister Tusk’s co-signing of President Duda’s decision. The head of the National Council of the Judiciary added that she was pleased “with the decision to end the dispute over judges” and the legitimization of judges appointed after 2017.
However, Prof. Wojciech Sadurski considered this statement a “brutal, cynical manipulation”. In order to support a better cause, he even replaced the prime minister in his role and answered for him: “don’t wait”, to the attempt – as he himself put it – of the National Council of the Judiciary to “cosy up” to the head of the government.
Well, maybe we don’t know something and Prof. Sadurski is the head of government of the Coalition’s toughest electorate in exile in Sydney. Unfortunately, his statements about the state system can only be taken in this tone.
What a brazen, cynical manipulation! The signature of the Prime Minister, which I will remind you to cool your mind, is a co-signature of the President’s decision to appoint one newborn to the chair of the meeting of the Civil Chamber – an act that is surprising to many and requires a clear explanation for us, the public opinion – is presented by the head of the disgraced neo-National Council of the Judiciary as “an act of legitimization of the judges appointed after 2017.” Nonsense, but it shows that the struggle against the recreated PiS system continues, and the leading link of this system, the neo-KRS, wants to curry favor with the Prime Minister. And he says: we sail together. No way. Especially the day after you recommended a hater and anti-Semite to the Supreme Court. You’re gone

The leader has spoken, the lawyer bites
However, when at the conference of Prime Minister and Minister Domański the news broke that – as the head of government claims – the said co-signature had been granted by mistake – Prof. Sadurski got “animation”.
In another, already serial contribution on social media, the lawyer, heated by political emotions, admired the extraordinary cunning of Donald Tusk, who admitted that the co-signing was a mistake. Of course, this gave rise to a new opportunity for Prof. Sadurski expressed his admiration for the prime minister at the moment when he made a spectacular blunder.
It is also worth mentioning how, in a literary and journalistic questionable style, with Prof. Sadurski lost his patience, which is clearly felt in the content of his submission. Suddenly the disaster he himself had predicted turned into a “mistake”. Funny tricks indeed.
Well, that’s perfect. This is the optimal solution to this unpleasant incident, but ultimately not a big disaster. Wrong. Only a few politicians can admit this. The good effect of this evil is that the Prime Minister and his entourage will now pay more attention to such rats sent to him from the presidential palace. A wave of hatred and a call to resign
However, if this is not enough for anyone, it is a real curiosity of Prof. Sadurski left it for the last. He therefore expressed the hope that Judge Wesołowski would “honorably resign”, because he had officially heard that the Prime Minister had wrongly made the decision on the co-signing.
This should not surprise anyone, as Prof. is known for his radical views and hotheadedness. Sadurski may want to turn the prime minister’s word into law. Considering his numerous calls for settlements outside the law and, oddly enough, especially for a lawyer, the concept of circumventing democratic procedures, today’s words do not exactly deviate from the long-standing norm.
This is the last post on this topic. I sincerely hope that the legal adviser, a researcher at the University of Szczecin, Dr. hab. Krzysztof Andrzej Wesołowski, who currently falsely claims to be a judge of the Supreme Court (the so-called neo-judge, recommended by the unconstitutional neo-judge KRS on May 12, 2021), after officially learning that the decision of co-signatory Prime Minister Tusk to appoint adviser Wesołowski as chairman of the meeting of the Civic Chamber was the result of an error, and President Duda will honorably resign from this post. Who would want to fill a post that was assigned to him by mistake?

First the tearful grief, then the threats, a moment of euphoria and a call for an “honorable discharge.” It is indeed difficult to expect the legal elites of the Third Polish Republic to maintain the balance of Montesquieu and the seriousness attributed to the profession of lawyer or academic.
