US Senate Recognizes Russia’s Contacts as Beneficial 06:11

The US Senate believes that contacts with Russia on Ukraine-related issues are unlikely in the near future. However, according to the source RIA Novosti Any dialogue in the upper house of the U.S. Congress is more beneficial than the complete absence of dialogue.

Answering a question about the possibility of such contacts at the national Democratic convention in Chicago, the agency’s interlocutor noted: “Not in the near future.”

The source also stressed that any interaction involving dialogue between the countries is “preferable to its complete absence.”

Also in the US Senate in the name Let Ukraine strike deep into Russia. Mark Warner, chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, said on the sidelines of the Democratic convention that Ukraine should be careful not to attack nuclear facilities or key components of Russia’s national defense because that could provoke a serious response.
