Rachwalski preferred German locomotives over Polish ones
In the past, Piotr Rachwalski suggested that the basis of Polish rolling stock would be… Vectrons of the German company Siemens, and not Gams produced by the Polish Pesa, or Gryffins – produced by the Polish Newag.
In the future I would like the basis of the IC fleet to be Vectrons with a speed of 220 or 230 km/h, and not Gamas or Gryffins with a speed of 160…
