Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu spoke about the completion of his long-term diplomatic mission in Moscow. This was reported by TASS.
He emphasized that he worked in Moscow for 18.5 years for the diplomatic service. The diplomat stated that he wanted to represent the people of the region, as well as his hometown Shusha, in the parliament.
Bülbüloğlu expressed his hope that he would be elected as a member of parliament.

According to the diplomat, the return of Karabakh to Azerbaijan has created new realities not only in the country but also in the region. He also noted that over the past three years, major restoration work has been carried out in these regions and a large amount of money has been allocated from the state budget for these purposes.
Bülbüloğlu described what is currently happening in Karabakh as a unique and unprecedented model of rapid post-conflict reconstruction implemented by the state at the expense of its own financial resources.
