Serbian Deputy Prime Minister to visit Russia for working visit 22:11

Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Vulin said that he will pay a working visit to the Russian Federation from August 12 to 15. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

He stressed that during the visit he will meet with Russian Vice President Yuri Ushakov, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev and Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov. A meeting is also expected with Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu and representatives of the security sector.

Vulin added that he also plans to speak to Yugoslav partisans at the memorial’s opening.

Earlier, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, while answering a question about the West preparing for a coup on the territory of the republic, said: statedHe said that Russia warned the country’s leadership about mass unrest being prepared in the republic by representatives of Western countries.

The state security and information agency, as well as people in the Serbian government who specialize in this matter, are responsible for this, he added.
