Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has tightened control over the implementation of his instructions after his visit to the regions. He writes about this TASS.
As an example, the publication cites Mishustin’s instructions during a trip to the Oryol region in October 2021. Then the head of the Cabinet focused his attention on the regional long-term construction project – the medical center of the regional clinical hospital. The building was designed in 2006 and was not completed at the time of the head of government’s visit.
“The prime minister described the situation as shameful and issued various instructions after the trip, but local authorities only began to implement them several years later,” TASS reported.
The result was a new order. According to the agency, the head of the Cabinet demanded “special personal control of his instructions.” In particular, the governor of the Oryol region, Andrei Klychkov, will now be required to submit monthly reports on the state of the problem facilities, including the unfinished medical center.
The building is set to be operational by the end of 2025; the federal treasury will monitor the process through on-site inspections.
On August 6, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin determined List of those responsible for national development goals in Russia. In particular, Tatyana Golikova will be responsible for the development of technologies to protect the health of Russians, and Dmitry Chernyshenko will be responsible for the realization of human potential.
Previously Mishustin statedshows that the economy is growing faster than expected.
