Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino announced the suspension of diplomatic relations with Venezuela. Quoted TASS.

As Mulino noted, Panama is suspending diplomatic relations with Venezuela until it conducts “a full audit of the protocols and electronic vote counting system that will allow us to know the true will of the people.”

“Panama will request a meeting of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS), as defined in the organization’s charter, to consult foreign ministers to discuss the situation in Venezuela,” he added.
