There is written confirmation that political pressure may have been exerted on the judges of the Warsaw Mokotów District Court, who dealt with the pre-trial detention of Marcin Romanowski. This is evident from a letter from one of the judges, in which he directly reveals that such practices were used against him.

There is a document! This is a case for the Investigative Committee. Judge Grzegorz Krysztofiuk, Deputy President of Criminal Cases of the Warsaw-Mokotów District Court (competent in political cases headed by @PK_GOV_PL, decides on arrest requests) resigned due to POLITICAL PRESSURE
– wrote MP Michał Woś.
The MP also revealed a letter from Judge Krysztofiuk to Adam Bodnar, Minister of Justice. In his statement, the judge resigns from his position before the end of his term
The reason for my resignation is that I could not perform my duties due to political pressure
– wrote Judge Grzegorz Krysztofiuk to Adam Bodnar.
Judge Krysztofiuk was the vice-president of criminal cases at the Warsaw Mokotów District Court, the same court that decided on the arrest of Marcin Romanowski.
The case requires clarification by the National Council for the Judiciary, which should determine what political pressure was exerted on the judge, who exerted this pressure and in which cases!!
– wrote Sebastian Kaleta on the X platform.
The document revealed today by Michał Woś should be analyzed by many state authorities. The shocking practices of the Bundarists will one day be explained, but today control is needed to prevent similar situations.
