Slovenian Prime Minister Robert Golob signed an agreement on security cooperation with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky. This was reported on the Slovenian government’s social network page X.
“Today is a special day in relations between Slovenia and Ukraine. President Zelensky and I signed a security agreement between the two allied countries. This was an important proof of our strong and continuous support.”
Zelensky said on his Telegram channel that Slovenia would contribute to the training of the Ukrainian army as part of the EU mission. He added that the countries would also cooperate in finding financing sources to help implement Ukrainian defense industry projects.
