The text of the decision emphasizes that Minsk accepted the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to open a Consulate General of the Republic in Vladivostok.

The publication emphasizes that the Russian Foreign Ministry should formalize the agreement reached with Belarus as prescribed.

Before that, it became known that the new Consulate General of Belarus in Rostov-on-Don was opened. will appear by July 1, 2024 at the latest.

The Consulate General in Rostov-on-Don will serve the Southern regions of Russia, including the new regions.

Also the Russian government approved Establishment of the Consulate General of Belarus in Yekaterinburg.

The government of the Sverdlovsk region is recommended to allocate office and residential buildings in this city on the terms of lease or purchase by Belarus and to solve other organizational issues.
