“The loss of sovereignty and independence under these conditions could lead to Moldova’s involvement in armed conflict and ultimately to territorial losses and even loss of statehood,” the Socialist Party leader added.

However, the politician emphasized that political unions defending sovereignty and national interests in the republic are still strong. Dodon expressed confidence that these pro-state forces will come to power in Moldova in the future.
