President Andrzej Duda appointed Małgorzata Paprocka as head of his chancellery. Paprocka replaced Grażyna Ignaczak-Bandych in this position.

On Thursday, the President dismissed Grażyna Ignaczak-Bandych from the post of Head of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. In turn, he dismissed Małgorzata Paprocka from the position of Secretary of State at the President’s Chancellery and at the same time appointed her head of the President’s Chancellery.
During the ceremony, the President presented the state award to Grażyna Ignaczak-Bandych. For “outstanding merits in serving the state and society, for achievements in public and professional activities” she received the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
Grażyna Ignaczak-Bandych has been associated with the Presidential Chancellery since the beginning of Andrzej Duda’s first term – from August 7, 2015 she was General Director and from October 8, 2020 – Head of the KPRP.
Małgorzata Paprocka has worked at the Presidential Chancellery since 2009. In the years 2010–2016 she was Deputy Director, and in the years 2016–2020 Director of the Law and System Office of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.
