French President Emmanuel Macron wants Chinese President Xi Jinping to call on Russian leader Vladimir Putin to end the conflict in Ukraine. This was reported by Bloomberg.
“Macron plans to deepen personal ties with Xi during his two-day visit to France and wants the Chinese leader to encourage Vladimir Putin to end Russia’s war in Ukraine,” the source said.
It is also reported that Macron plans to attract Chinese funds to the French sector producing batteries for electric vehicles.
