Ban on agitation across the country!
At Friday’s press conference, the head of the National Electoral Commission, Sylwester Marciniak, emphasized that the election campaign ends 24 hours before the next vote.
The wide range of influences from the media and the Internet means that election activities influence voters in the municipalities and cities where voting takes place, (…) regardless of where the election activities are carried out. Therefore, the ban on agitation must be enforced across the country
– he pointed.
Marciniak also clarified that the campaign could only be conducted by electoral commissions whose candidates will participate in the vote on Sunday.
Electoral committees whose candidates do not participate will no longer be able to raise money after April 7
– added.
